MJ—Thoughts & Reflections, The End - V

Posted by V

mjvogue.jpg

Bryan and I have shared our thoughts on MJ’s passing and we’re ready to get back to our normal posting. I’ve spent the past few days crate-digging for lost MJ gold and as we wrap up our King Of Pop posts, I’d like to leave you with a few of my favorite lost remixes and forgotten tracks.

Michael Jackson - Rock With You (Masters At Work Remix) (320 kbps)

Michael Jackson - Bad (Tag Team Mix) (160 kbps)

Michael Jackson - In The Closet (KI’s 12″ Mix) (128 kbps)

Michael Jackson - Black Or White (House With Guitar Radio Mix) (207 kbps VBR)

Ayhnik - Get Out Of My Mind (188 kbps VBR)

Er, dude, Get Out Of My Mind is apparently not an MJ song … it’s a guy named Ayhnik who’s a fan and a sampler. I mean, awesome song and I think I may download a lot more of his stuff but unfortunately, not Michael. :(

@dri Wow interesting. It appears you are right. I got the track off an archive of MJ rarities. So was the 7Even project all a fake from this French dude? I know it wasn’t a formal MJ release, but I assumed it was just unreleased material.

Are the samples in the track MJ himself? Sure does sound like it.

Good info to know, thanks for sharing. I am going to re-up the track without MJ’s name attached.

I particularly like the Louis LaRoche mix of Thriller even though that song is overplayed to death. The Twelves also do a solid remix of Thriller but you can only get it on their demo so far. Maybe MJ’s death will push them to finally release it as a single.
