Here’s what I know about Frankie & The Heartstrings:

1. They are from Sunderland, in the UK, which according to Wikipedia is also the home of one-half of the Eurythmics (the less-famous one).

2. They have very little music recorded to date, but it’s all very good, in a classic British rock sense. Think the Clash, or a youthful Smiths (but in a different octave.)

3. They have the most minimal MySpace page I’ve ever seen. You can see it here.
