CREAM OF THE CROP :: Top 100 Albums Of The Year :: #20 to #1 - V

Posted by V

Hopefully over the course of the past four days you’ve spotted some of your personal favorite releases on my lists, as well as jotted down a few unknown names. It’s finally Friday and I’ve drawn this out enough, so let’s cut the chit-chat. It’s time to reveal my selections for the Top 20 Albums of 2009. Keep checking in over the weekend as we share a few last themed lists. If you missed any of the earlier posts, then here you go: #100 to #81, #80 to #61, #60 to #41 and #40 to #21.

    So, I’m assuming you forgot about Dan Deacon’s Bromst when you went through this top 100?

    Honest mistake…

    Great blog, great photos, great list.  How do you even have time to fully digest 100 albums in one year?  You’re truly the Cream.  I wasn’t familiar with hardly anything until around #50, but even then it was a bit spotty.  Which is good, cause that means I’ve got lots to check out now.  Thanks.
