Where the love is, is where it’s at - V

The day I’ve been waiting for with baited breath for a solid year now has arrived—there is a full length Juvelen album in my iTunes!
It was about this time last summer when Hanna entered my life off of Stockholm-based Juvelen’s first EP. I must have listened to Hanna (and the other 4 tracks on the EP) until my neighbors’ ears bled and my speakers cried. Juvelen is back with his first full-length album titled 1 just in time to be the soundtrack for the rest of summer.
Alternating between a breathy whisper and a falsetto that quickly draws Prince comparisons, Juvelen is Sweden’s gift to summer. The gentle electronic beat on the slower tracks sound like a love song crooned on a grassy lawn in the glistening sun. Juvelen amps up the beats on the faster tracks with buildups that jack me up so much I want to rip off my clothes and dance around the backyard naked and barefoot.
So get off the internet already, grab your summer lover, go outside and enjoy a lazy afternoon with Juvelen.
Juvelen – Facts of Life (205 kbps)
Juvelen – Money Don’t Talk (189 kbps)

Yeah its a great album, I’m enjoying it outside in the sweetness called the sun.
The worst thing now is that I’ve to work. But it’s going to blaze loud on the trip to France!
