Super Eero - bryanb

I do not know much about Eero Johannes, but i know the following things:

1.) he is Scandinavian, so OBVIOUSLY he enjoys making bubbly, self aware electronica and pop.

2.) he has very fun album and flyer artwork, which you can see here.

3.) I do not have a third fact, proving how little I know.

But why sweat the small stuff! Eero’s new album was just released overseas via Planet Mu and here’s a couple of tracks to jump around to. What strikes me most about Eero’s music is his ability to settle into a groove and really flush out a proper track from it without sounding repetitive or boring. “Mantik” sounds like a mute love child between Freezepop and Devo. And “We Could Be Skweeroes” has obvious Bpitch influences all while riding a subtle beat reminiscent of early 90’s West Coast rap. Do the Finnish like to low ride?
